Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

Open the Call To Clean app and sign up using your Qatar mobile number (+974). You'll receive a one-time verification code by SMS. Email and password sign-in is also supported.

How do I book a service?
  1. Pick a service category and choose a service.
  2. Select your preferred date and time.
  3. Choose a saved address (or add a new one).
  4. Pick any add-ons, then review and confirm.

A nearby service provider will be notified. You'll get in-app updates as your booking moves from pending β†’ accepted β†’ in progress β†’ completed.

What payment methods are accepted?
  • Credit/debit cards β€” processed securely through Noqoody Pay (Qatar's licensed payment gateway).
  • Cash on service β€” pay the provider directly when the job is done.
  • Wallet β€” top up your in-app wallet and pay from your balance.

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to Bookings β†’ select your booking β†’ tap Cancel. Cancellation is available while the booking is still pending or accepted. Once a provider has started the job (in progress), it can no longer be cancelled from the app β€” contact support for help.

How do refunds work?

If you paid by card or wallet and something goes wrong, email us at support@calltoclean.qa with your booking ID. Our team will review and process eligible refunds back to your original payment method or wallet.

How do I leave a review?

After your booking is marked completed, you'll see a prompt to rate the service from 1 to 5 stars and leave an optional comment. One review per completed booking.

How do I update my address or profile?

Open the app and go to Profile. From there you can edit your name and email, manage saved addresses (with map pinning), view your wallet, and adjust app language between English and Arabic.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: Profile β†’ Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. This permanently deletes your personal data, and any active bookings will be cancelled. The action cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in, email support@calltoclean.qa from your registered email or with your registered phone number and we'll process the deletion for you.

Why does the app ask for location permission?

Location is used only while you're using the app, and only to pin your address on the map when adding or editing a saved address. The app does not track your location in the background.

I want to become a service provider β€” how?

Service providers (partners) use a separate web portal. Email support@calltoclean.qa with your name, phone number and the services you'd like to offer, and our team will guide you through onboarding.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and your card details are never stored on our servers β€” they go directly to the payment gateway. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
